Steve Blank says that there is no formula for startup success, but that drive and perseverance about a project that one is passionate about, can help to steer an entrepreneur through the difficult times that lay ahead.
Blank suggested that entrepreneurs not rush into select co-founders based solely on skills.
“Some of you might be looking for… a ‘hustler, a hacker, and a designer… some of you who think it’s just a box-checking exercise, you’re going to be disappointed,” says Blank. “Because, under stress, those are the last things you’ll be thinking about.”
