A bright batch of high school student entrepreneurs made their mark at 1871, mingling with supporters and mentors. The students are members of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) program, which inspires young people to remain in school and launch their business ideas.
The young people pitched ideas, discussed business plans, and revealed how they intend to make use of the resources made available to them by NFTE, including leveraging the use of basic skills such as math, writing, and research skills to draft their own unique business plans. ❒
